LG Optimus L7 II Dual

LG Optimus L7 II Dual is the latest smartphone in the South Korean company's portfolio. It sports an 8MP camera on the back, along with a LED flash, and is available for Rs 14,990 with leading online retailers.
    The smartphone has a 4.3-inch touchscreen with 800x480p resolution and 217ppi pixel density. The device is powered by a dual-core 1GHz Snapdragon processor paired with 768MB RAM and comes with 4GB internal storage and 32GB microSD card support.
      Connectivity features of the new LG Optimus L7 II include 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, microUSB and Bluetooth 3.0. Available in black and white colour, this phone is powered by a 2,460mAh battery that offers talk time of 12 hours.


      Huawei U8860 Honor

      Huawei U8860 Honor features a camera with 8MP resolution and a price tag of Rs 13,000. The device has a 4-inch screen with 854x480p resolution and is powered by Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). Under the hood, the device packs a 1.4GHz processor, coupled with 512MB RAM, and onboard storage of 4GB, with microSD expansion up to 32GB.

      Connectivity options in Huawei Honor are 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 and microUSB 2.0. A VGA shooter is used in front of the device, and an LED flash is placed on the rear panel. The phone has a 1,930mAh battery that delivers over six and a half hours of talk time.

      The cheapest quad-core smartphone in the country, Karbonn S5 Titanium has an 8MP camera and carries a price tag of Rs 11,990. The all-new Titanium S5 has a 5-inch IPS screen with 960x540p resolution and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). Under the hood, this dual-sim phablet packs a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 1GB RAM and comes with 4GB internal storage and 32GB microSD support.

      Connectivity features of Karbonn S5 Titanium include 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and microUSB. Alongside the rear camera is an LED flash, while a 2MP unit is placed in the front panel. The device is powered by a 2,000mAh battery and has full access to Karbonn Apps Plaza.


      Lava Xolo A1000

      Lava launched Xolo A1000 with an 8MP camera at a price of Rs 13,999. The 5-inch display of this phone can handle HD videos (shot at 720p) and features One Glass Solution (OGS) technology. The smartphone runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) and is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor, paired with 1GB RAM.

      On the back of Lava Xolo A1000 is LED flash, while a 1.2MP unit is placed in the front. The internal memory of the smartphone is 4GB and it can support microSD expansion up to 32GB. Powered by a 2,100mAh battery, the phone offers music playback time of approximately 21 hours. For connectivity, the phone is packed with 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and microUSB 2.0.



      Lava Xolo X900

      The first smartphone in the world with an Intel chip, Lava Xolo X900 costs approximately Rs 13,000 and features an 8MP rear camera. It features a 4.03-inch LCD display and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) out-of-the-box and is upgradeable to Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).

      The smartphone has 16GB onboard storage and runs on a 1.6GHz processor coupled with 1GB RAM. This device sports an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a front-facing camera for video chat. Other features of Xolo X900 include 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, NFC, miniHDMI, microUSB 2.0 and Bluetooth 2.1.

      Micromax Superfone Canvas 2 A110 has a 5-inch IPS touchscreen as well as 8MP camera and costs Rs 10,499. It runs on a dual-core 1GHz processor and is powered by Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), upgradeable to Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). The phone has 512MB RAM, 2GB of internal storage and support for microSD card of 32GB capacity.

      Canvas 2 A110 comes with dual-sim functionality and has connectivity features like Wi-Fi, 2G, 3G, Bluetooth 3.0 and microUSB 2.0. The smartphone comes with a rear LED flash and a VGA front-facing camera. Micromax has included a 2,000mAh battery that offers talktime of 6 hours in the device.

      Lenovo S720

      Announced in January 2013, Lenovo S720 is a dual-sim smartphone with 8MP camera that is available at Rs 14,500 in India. The phone boasts of a 4.5-inch display with 960x540p resolution and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). The device is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor, coupled with 512MB RAM.

      The new Lenovo S720 features a 1MP camera in front, while a LED flash is on the back. It can access the internet over 2G, 3G and Wi-Fi, whereas data can be transferred over Bluetooth 2.1 and microUSB 2.0. The device has a 2,000mAh battery and features Dolby Digital Plus technology for enhanced audio output.




      Micromax Canvas HD

      Micromax's current flagship smartphone, Canvas HD boasts of an 8MP camera with LED flash on the back. The device features a 5-inch IPS screen with 1280x720p resolution and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean), with planned upgrade to Android 4.2. One of the hottest sub-Rs 15,000 phablets, this device is priced at Rs 14,500.

      Canvas HD runs on a quad-core 1.2GHz processor with 1GB RAM and comes with 4GB onboard storage and 32GB microSD support. Powered by a 2,000mAh battery, the phone has a 2MP front-facing camera. For connectivity, this phone has features like 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, microUSB 2.0 and Bluetooth 4.0.
