<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">
A web directory or link directory is a directory on the World Wide Web. It specializes in linking to other web sites and categorizing those links. Submitting your blog or website in web directories increases the backlinks of your blog or website and hence these web directories help us to increase the Page Rank of our blogs and websites.

Google page rank is the standard used to find out the quality of the webpages. The maximum score can be 10. Google gives the ranking to each page out of 10 points and that ranking is called the page rank of that page.High PR websites receive more traffic from the search engines.

How Google scores the page rank of various webpages ? The answer is very simple. Google estimates the quality backlinks of the webpage from High PR websites.For example if your website is receiving the backlinks from the high PR websites then the chance of increase your website’s page rank are more. Please note, backlinks from low PR websites are considered bad. They may decrease your page rank. So 'concentrate on the quality of backlinks rather than quantity'.
